Commissioned by Ogilvy Paris I designed and directed Coca-Cola's campaign for the Milano-Cortina 2026 Olympic Torch Relay.

The brief called for a hand-drawn visual language inspired by vintage Italian travel posters — bold and expressive, with an elegant balance of colour, texture and negative space.
At the heart of the campaign is the journey of the Olympic flame across Italy — from north to south, coast to coast — celebrating the richness and diversity of the country along the way.

The torch bearer's silhouette transforms throughout the film, reflecting the different people who take part in the relay, creating a more universal figure at the centre of the campaign.

Alongside directing the animation, I designed the campaign’s Key Visual, translating the film into a single hero image that could live across outdoor, print, POS and digital media.
The Key Visual travelled with the campaign, appearing across physical and digital media and along the Torch Relay route, announcing the arrival of the Olympic flame at stops across Italy.
Each landscape within the map represents a stage along the relay. From Alpine peaks to coastal towns and iconic architecture, the details form a miniature illustrated journey through Italy.
